- What the TBAS is: the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) PCSM Program Office describes the Test of Basic Aviation Skills as a computerized psychomotor, spatial-ability and multi-tasking battery of nine subtests, used to select USAF pilot and RPA pilot candidates. (source)
