•  At least three years have passed since obtaining NLP Trainer Certification. During that period, the Lead Trainer has conducted at least 10 Practitioner and 5 Master Practitioner courses that satisfy the minimal requirements established by ANLP. They can offer proof of the previous accomplishment, which must involve an observation, feedback, and assessment by a “Sponsor/Mentor/Master Trainer” of each of the following: ⇒ Practitioner Course in NLP ⇒ Master Practitioner NLP Training Additionally, they had to have participated actively in teaching NLP Train the Trainer courses, at the very least. 
• Helping with three or more NLP Train the Trainer courses 
• Delivering a few sessions on a TT course while being observed by their Sponsor, Mentor, or Master Trainer. This counts as co-training for at least one NLP Train the Trainer course. 
• They must show that they can provide any component of Practitioner, Master Practitioner, or Trainers Training “on demand,” without warning or preparation time. Exercises and a demonstration will be included.
• To offer proof of their major contributions to the NLP community. This may manifest as various things, including: ⇒ Publications, including books, papers, and research ⇒ To have two “Master Trainers” “sign off” on their certificate.
