  2. What is a 'near miss' and why should it be reported?

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the responsible person must carry out and regularly review a fire risk assessment.

  5. What is the 'responsible person' under fire safety regulations?

  6. How often should fire drills be conducted in a licensed venue?
