    The SEND Code of Practice 2015 (updated 2020) provides statutory guidance for organisations working with children and young people with SEND in England, covering ages 0-25.

    An Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) replaced the previous Statement of Special Educational Needs under the Children and Families Act 2014, covering children and young people aged 0-25.
