Got my results yesterday and didn't pass. I'm frustrated but trying to stay focused on what to fix rather than dwelling on it. Writing this partly to process it and partly because I know others will be in the same spot.
My weakest area was study guide — I knew going in that it was shaky but underestimated how much the exam weighted it. The questions weren't unfair, I just didn't have the depth I needed.
I'm rebuilding my study plan around the ccrm service excellence and going much slower this time — no more rushing through topics I think I know. Planning to take 4 more weeks before rescheduling.
Anyone else been through a CCRM retake? What specifically changed in your approach that made the difference? And is it normal to feel like the second attempt is actually harder because of the pressure?
Same experience here. The ccrm service excellence was what finally made it click for me — specifically the way it explains the reasoning rather than just giving answers. Took me 4 weeks of consistent practice but scores went from 62% to 84% by exam day.

Late to this thread but wanted to add — the practice test section trips up more people than any other part. If you're scoring below 75% there in practice, treat it as your only focus for at least a week before moving on. Breadth at the expense of depth in that area is a common mistake.
I was right where you are last cycle. Failed it, felt awful, and my study guide section was the thing dragging me down too. The one thing that actually moved the needle for me wasn't more reading, it was switching to questions. I'd been highlighting and re-reading my notes thinking that counted as studying, but it didn't. Once I started drilling ccrm customer retention questions over and over, the gaps showed up fast. Things I thought I knew, I clearly didn't.
So that's my advice. Stop reviewing passively and start testing yourself every day, even when you get them wrong. Especially when you get them wrong. The repetition is what made it stick for me, and I passed this time without it feeling like a coin flip. You've already done the hard part by figuring out your weak spot. Now just hammer it.

So don't write yourself off after one fail. I was skeptical it'd make any difference the second time. It did. Figure out which sections you were guessing on, hammer those, and stop wasting hours on the stuff you've already got down. That's basically it for me.
