NJSLA VIP Practice Exam — Algebra I & Mathematics
NJSLA — The New Jersey Student Learning Assessment (NJSLA) is administered by the New Jersey Department of Education and replaced the PARCC assessment beginning in 2021. It tests students in ELA (grades 3–9) and Mathematics (grades 3–8, plus Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II at the high school level). The Algebra I end-of-course assessment is the most commonly required for NJ high school graduation; it is computer-based, multi-unit, and scored on a five-level proficiency scale (Level 3 = meeting expectations). This VIP practice set mirrors the Algebra I exam's content domains, question style, and real-world scenario emphasis.
